Months 10-12: Final deployment - hospitals and remaining locations (10 machines)

EV Charging Stations: Phased approach

Months 1-3 (Phase 1): Construction and deployment of 2 stations (Makumbura + Kadawatha)
Months 4-12: Operations and data collection from Phase 1 stations
Months 13-15 (Phase 2 - Year 2): Expansion to 3 additional stations (Galle, Colombo, Kandy)
Months 16-24 (Year 2): Full network operations with 5 stations
